Female Farmers

Female Farmers, is the largest and first entirely self-directed, edited project I completed. The publication explores the female farming community across Europe. This community is very close to me and my upbringing. I felt as though there was misrepresentation for women or perhaps a stereotype within the female demographic. Therefore, I had the idea of travelling Europe and finding some remarkable women. In order, to educate myself, others and a wider demographic and circle which I was surrounded by in London. Through, writing, documenting and photographing. I created a publication, exhibited at the Lethaby Gallery, and shortlisted for London Design Festival
